Dear Lillian,

I wanted to take the time to thank you for all of your hard work and help you gave to Tommy over the past months. As you know, it is such a concern when parents have a child struggling with a speech problem. From our first meeting I was impressed with your patience, kindness and concern for Tommy. Tim & I feel he has made such a dramatic improvement because of your dedication to your work. Tommy is going to truly miss you, as you've touched his life in a very special way.

Dear Mrs. Agresta,

You have been an oustanding speech teacher for all the time I have been taking speech lessons. I will have to be honest about this, at first I hated going and doing the homework for it. By the end or the middle of the program I didn't mind coming. Now I am actually am glad that I came. After all I did benefitted from the program. I hardly even have bumps. Maybe once a month. Oh yah good holiday cheer and happy Christmas to you!
